Easy Dine ("we," "us," or "our") is developed and operated by Muhammad Bilal Ali ("Developer"). This Privacy Policy explains what information Easy Dine collects, how it's used, who it's shared with, and the choices you have.
It applies to the Easy Dine mobile app (iOS and Android) and any related services.

1. Information We Collect
1.1 Information you provide directly
- Account information: email address and password (stored securely, hashed — we never see or store your plaintext password), or, if you sign in with Google, the basic profile information Google shares with us.
- Profile information: display name, profile photo, country/region, preferred language, dietary preferences, and optional calorie/budget targets.
- Content you create: recipes, photos, short video clips, reviews, ratings, comments, replies, grocery lists, meal plans, saved recipes, liked recipes, and reports.
- Communications: messages sent through the app's AI recipe assistant, contact messages, feedback, and correspondence with support.
1.2 Information collected automatically
- Usage and diagnostic data: basic interaction data needed to operate the app and standard error/crash information.
- Push notification token: if notifications are enabled, a device token is stored to deliver notifications.
- Subscription status: whether you have an active Easy Dine Pro subscription.

2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information above to:
- Create and maintain your account.
- Let you sign in securely.
- Save recipes and build grocery lists.
- Plan meals and post reviews and comments.
- Provide AI-assisted features including recipe chat, video recipe import, recipe remixing, ingredient estimates, and healthiness notes.
- Display relevant prices and currency.
- Personalize recipe suggestions.
- Send opted-in push notifications.
- Provide customer support.
- Manage Easy Dine Pro subscriptions.
4. Public and Shared Content
Recipes, reviews, ratings, and comments that you choose to publish are visible to other users of the app.
Your display name and profile photo are shown alongside content you post.
You can mark a recipe as private instead of publishing it publicly and control who can see your activity through the app's Community Content settings.
5. Data Retention and Deletion
We retain your account information and content for as long as your account is active.
You can permanently delete your account from Settings → Delete account.
Some information may be retained where required for legal, security, or fraud-prevention purposes, or where it forms part of another user's content.
6. Your Rights and Choices
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing.
You can exercise most of these rights directly through the app or by contacting:

California residents have the right to know what personal information is collected, request deletion, and opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information as defined under California law.
7. Children's Privacy
Easy Dine is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

8. Security
We use industry-standard measures, including encryption in transit and access controls, to protect your information.
No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. International Users
Easy Dine is operated from Pakistan. If you use the app from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States and other countries where our service providers operate.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, notify you through the app.
